As a Gen Ed course, this course offers both “I” and “W” credit for graduation. Beyond transcript credits, this course also offers you several important skills that can help you succeed beyond WCU:
- Practice in successful collaboration, the primary workplace environment for most fields;
- Practice in learning to write and think about, and with, technology;
- Practice in critically evaluating the digital “objects” that form the basis of contemporary culture
- Practice in writing for and on the web
- Developing proficiency in WordPress design and development, the most widely used engine for web content.
